Week 12

Lost another house bid…

All good. This week I learned about things to look for in a house to quickly gauge if it’s worth buying. It’s crazy how high home buyers are willing to pay for a house these days.

I’m glad we’re not in a rush because the pressure to buy one ASAP can turn easily turn into a big regret.

While it’s not 100% sure I had a gout flare-up (simply because my uric acid is still within normal levels), I took action anyway.

Since that painful foot attack, I decided to take my health a little more seriously. I continue to fast for 12-hours (yup minimum hours only because it’s more sustainable); I drink more water than I used to (to help me flush unwanted chemicals out); and, I’m taking supplements I got from doing my own research to lower my uric acid levels.

Uric acid has a bigger role to play in your health. It’s more than a gout flare-up.

Still dabbling with Typeshare’s writing templates.

I’m also started getting into the habit of note-taking. But yesterday, I was irritated about how I had a hard time finishing an article. Templates should make things easier but stitching the ideas together made it trickier than I thought. I totally understand what this means. I simply haven’t put in enough thinking to get clear with what I want to communicate.

The disappointment sucks, but it pushes me to do better.
