This week I felt triggered when a coworker failed to understand what I was saying:"It seems like I'm failing to make you understand what I'm saying. Let's just do it your way so we can move on from this whole thing"Then the person goes, "No no, I want to understand". But in my head, I was like, "If you want to understand, then you would've tried to understand what I'm saying instead of finding ways to disprove it".This kind of shit happens a lot.
