Week 21

I’m still experiencing a lot of pressure at work. I wonder, “When will it end?”

What if it doesn’t end? Perhaps it’s the new norm. Or not. Who knows? Does it really matter?

I keep reminding myself that challenges exist to push us to grow and not to feel like we’ve been victimized by Life.

My cousin’s husband reminded me that I need to bring my old routine back.

He lost weight —much healthier than a month ago. I want to keep using work as an excuse to skip working out or eating healthier. I needed the extra 45-mins to get more shit done and as well as the time I spend on food-prepping. I keep saying “Work is work and it should not interfere with my personal life”, but it is affecting my personal life.

Work-life balance is there but the boundary between the two is weak at the moment.

I’m learning how to play mahjong.

Reminds me of my grandma—it’s her favourite “sport”.
