Week 2

What's On My Mind?

January – the month when you strive to become better.

But what do I mean by “better”?

  • complain less
  • do more
  • question my judgment more often
  • be more open to criticism embrace criticism
  • add physical activity to my daily routine
  • step back before I react – to daily annoyances
  • say “no” more often
  • be more assertive
  • develop confidence
  • write more engaging content

Goal Update

Personal Projects

Meditation and stoicism can come after…

Finance

Nothing to report here. All I know is that it’s going to take some time to deal with our debts.
