What's On My Mind

“A lot…”

“Going back to work” didn’t feel like I was back to work on Monday. There were no emergency tasks that need to be dealt with.

The number of unread e-mails is not as bad either. I was able to fly through them in a day. And so, I decided to take another day off.

But a few days later, the feeling of “Ok I’m back to work” came back. It turns out that I have so much stuff to do and that I’m going to miss some of my deadlines.

Oh well…

Editing takes forever. It takes me forever. I spent more than 2 weeks to edit the crap out of that article. It talks about the subtle trap of trying to earn money writing on Medium.

I think I’m sleep deprived. I’m not sure why I keep getting those headaches that Tylenol couldn’t solve. Perhaps, I need to block out time for working out. Not sure yet.

These days, time is super valuable to me. There isn’t just enough of it.

Some will argue that I’m doing a lot of unnecessary tasks in my schedule. But “unnecessary” is subjective. There’s a difference in the way we value things.

A Year Ago This Week

  • I tried some mushroom tea to help me relax and get better sleep.
  • I started taking more action.
  • I signed up for too many things that I struggle to keep up with them…on purpose lol.

Weekly Update

Personal Projects

I need to submit and stop working on that article (I mentioned earlier) today.

I’m scheduled to write another draft.

Because I need more time to write, I’m thinking about removing some sections of my weekly update.

Routine

My routine is pretty consistent. Get up early to write then go to work in the basement. Oh, and I lost weight.

See, there isn’t a lot to write here. I don’t see the point of writing it either. Well, not anymore.

Well, I am now back to work so the cashflow is back. There isn’t a lot of update here either.
