I bought the wrong connector on Amazon, not once but twice! Why?
I wanted to have a dual-monitor set-up (as I’m planning to do more MSPaint illustrations now that I’m on leave). However, because the parts are not too expensive, I was a little careless with my purchase. Here is what each lesson cost me:
- Do your thorough research before buying = $24
- The cheaper the product is, the less research you spend on it = $7
P.S. I won about $35 dollars from a friend’s baby shower lol

Having an unstable schedule gave me this unique kind of freedom – freedom from my old routine.
I no longer feel guilty for sleeping later or getting up later or for failing to do something at a given time (such as grocery pick-ups and all that). I wonder if that’s what being “retired” feels like.
If the need to work for money is no longer there, where would you spend your time?

An unstable schedule also means that I have to be more creative at finding ways to write or work on my side projects.
A Year Ago This Week
- I needed to pay more attention to our family schedule.
- I wrote about the God of War and fatherhood.
- I’m thinking about ways to increase the income from my side projects. *Lol I should be focusing more on creating content
