Week 5 – realized how the lack of time pushes you to focus only on what matters. i was practicing visualization. i’m meditating at noon.
Week 6 – i decided i should celebrate small wins. one of Medium’s biggest publication accepted my article on goal setting. i listened to Tony Robbins’ class on mastering sales.
Week 7 – i kept joining writing challenges to attract more followers. i tinkered with funnel hacker and Russel Brunson.

Also, I learned that when I’m super sick, it just means that my body is craving rest.
Week 27 – we’re trying to be a little more aggressive with our budget due to the high inflation rates. learned more about visualization (thru Shaan Puri).
Week 28 – i let social media and reading stats distract me. i might be addictive to productivity, meaning, i feel uncomfortable when i’m not doing anything. in other words, i guilt myself for doing something i love doing.

Week 38 – i always end small talk in a an awkward way. i started my parental leave.
Week 39 – Emilio was born. being on parental leave made me feel like i was laid off at work. i also thought, “if parenting is easy, it would’ve been boring”.
Week 40 – due to a delivery complication, we had been in-and-out of the hospital. sleep deprivation became more of a problem…but that’s ok. It’s part of the package 🙂
Week 41 – struggled to set up my dual-monitor workstation. the unstable schedule gave me a new kind of “freedom” — it has its pros and cons.
Week 42 – tested AWAI’s copywriting program. felt like i’m getting better at writing hooks for my storytelling assignments.

Week 50 – I was able to relieve myself from feeling directionless with my writing. After going through Ship 30 for 30’s webinar, I felt pumped for 2023.
Week 51 – I spent a lot of time reflecting on the things I’ve done this year. This includes going through all my journal entries (3 notebooks). All I gotta say is that…A LOT of stuff can happen in a year. I know that sounds obvious but when you reflect on each day that happened, you’d have a high appreciation of life.
This is why I continue to write a journal 😉
